Kerry Jo Bell
I remember writing poetry at the tender age of seven, about cotton-candy sunsets and the turquoise Caribbean Sea. By the time I turned 10, I’d graduated to short stories. By thirteen I was writing essays about the world as I saw it with a longing to experience the places I read about in books. I wrote for myself, mostly. It’s only within the last five years that I decided I wanted to write professionally. During the past year and a half I’ve written ten short stories, one of which I’m sharing with you today.
